Toledo Announces 2024 Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Schedules
TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo men's and women's cross country programs have unveiled their 2024 schedules, Director of Cross Country and Track & Field Andrea Grove-McDonough announced on Friday. The 2024 schedule includes five regular-season meets in the lead-up to the Mid-American Conference Championships and the NCAA Championships. Library offers delivery service for individuals medically unable to visit
The Toledo Lucas County Public Library is offering a home delivery service for Lucas County residents who are physically unable to visit the Library due to a medical reason. The home delivery service offers delivery and pickup of materials throughout the county. Library staff will select materials based upon the individual’s interests or requests and bring them to their door every four weeks. The service is currently used by 143 people. Patrons can request and receive a wide range of materials, including books, DVDs, audiobooks, and more without leaving the comfort of their homes. The initiative is “part of the Library's ongoing commitment to meeting the diverse needs of its users and ensuring that everyone has access to the resources they need for learning, entertainment, and personal enrichment,” officials said.
