The Noble County Sheriff's Office said they are looking for Timothy Shawn Wines, 53-years-old, from Washington County Ohio. Wines has a nationwide arrest warrant out of Jackson County, WV.

Hearl Thomas Collins has his preliminary hearing
PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - Hearl Thomas Collins had his preliminary hearing at the Wood County Magistrate Courts for allegedly murdering Morgan Stutler-Lott. The prosecution brought three witnesses to present evidence against Collins: Lott’s stepmother, Patricia Stutler, Detective Corey Richards, and North Star Child Advocate Candice Gabriel. They each told the court their recollection of their involvement in the case.
