3 wanted in Dillon County gas station armed robbery near South of the Border

DILLON COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Three people are wanted after a gas station armed robbery near the South of the Border in Dillon County, the sheriff’s office said on Facebook.

It happened at about 1:20 a.m. at the Sunoco Gas Station, deputies said. Three armed suspects allegedly held the clerk at gunpoint and took money from the register.

The suspects were driving a white, believed to be Kia Optima, with a Sunoco sticker on the rear bumper on the driver’s side.

A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to any arrests.
