    Father serving prison time for killing three sons

    DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The Clermont County man who killed his three sons is now in prison, according to online records.

    The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction lists Chad Doerman, 33, as being an inmate at the Correctional Reception Center. According to ODRC, Doerman arrived on Aug. 6.

    Doerman murdered his three sons at their home in Monroe Township, Clermont County in June 2023.

    Last week, Doerman pleaded guilty to the following:

    • 3 counts of aggravated murder
    • 2 counts of felonious assault

    Aside from his felonious assault sentence, he was sentenced by a Clermont County judge to three life sentences. He will not be eligible for parole.
