Steubenville's Fourth of July bash: Bands, fireworks, and free swim
STEUBENVILLE, Ohio — Steubenville will be hosting a concert Thursday at the Berkman Amphitheater to celebrate the Fourth of July. The first performance will start at 6 p.m. with the Tri-State Community Band followed by the Ron Retzer Trio at 7:15 p.m. and concluding with U.S. Kids at 8:30 p.m.
