Missouri Minute: Bayer seeks farm bill protections; judge halts St. Louis basic income program
Bayer, which produces the weed killer Roundup and has faced thousands of lawsuits alleging the product causes cancer, is working with U.S. lawmakers on the next federal farm bill to protect itself from further litigation. BEL-RIDGE, Mo. — A St. Louis man died Sunday morning after having a medical emergency behind the wheel and crashing his car into a tree off of Interstate 170 in Bel-Ridge.
