John Wayne Airport is expanding its dining options with a new Dunkin’ location, according to The LA Times. As part of a slew of newly announced eating concepts at the facility, the business will be a welcome pitstop for those needing some caffeine or a bite to eat.

This move will bring Dunkin’s iconic coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches to the busy travel hub, located at 18601 Airport Way. An airport rep confirmed the company will take up space in a 445-square-foot shell and should open by the end of 2025.

Its arrival is part of a larger 15-year contract awarded to HMSHost, a global leader in travel dining that manages the airport’s concessions. The expansion plan includes the addition of other high-profile chains such as Panera Bread, Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, Earl of Sandwich, and Habit Burger Grill.

With over 10 million passengers each year, the airport has been in need of more food options. Some of the current vendors will stay or move within the property, while a number of them will be replaced: Hudson News, California Pizza Kitchen, Vino Volo, Farmers Market, Artois Belgian Bar, Hobie Sand Bar, Qdoba, Jamba Juice, Ciao Gourmet Market, and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
