Despite that, Winks has made a miraculous and full recovery. He certainly does not let his handicap slow him down at his new foster home. This pup, along with her doggie siblings, were owned and very well cared for before tragedy struck. Sadly, Lovie's owner passed away leaving her without a home. Luckily, Great Dog Rescue New England scooped Lovie up and placed her with a foster. Though she is happy at her foster home, Lovie hopes she will not have to wait long before she is scooped up one last time, but this time by her new family.
