    Police look to ID man in Dollar General armed robbery

    WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police say they need help searching for a suspect after an armed robbery at Dollar General.

    According to the Wilkes-Barre Township Police Department Friday around 9:08 p.m. officers were dispatched to the Dollar General on Kidder Street for an armed robbery.

    Police say the male entered the cash room office while the associates were counting the cash and showed them two guns, demanding they hand him all the money.

    Officials note the male fled on foot towards Ollie’s Bargain Outlet.
