MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. – A historic building that covers one square block in downtown Minneapolis is now known as The Paul D. Wellstone Federal Building. Minnesota Senators Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith helped pass the bi-partisan bill renaming the Federal Building in honor of the late Senator Wellstone.
