If you're a fan of unique beers and hearty, creative dishes, Hinterland Brewery is a must-visit spot. I recently had the pleasure of trying their beer flight, which is a fantastic way to sample a range of what they offer. Each beer was distinct and flavorful, perfectly complementing the food. Speaking of food, the grilled shrimp and pork belly were standout dishes for me. The shrimp was tender and perfectly cooked, while the pork belly was rich without being greasy. However, the star of the show might just have been the Tuna Poke Bowl, despite the slightly hard rice, the flavors were layered and delightful.

The atmosphere here is vibrant, especially on game days, making it a great place to soak in some local energy and enjoy a meal. The pulled pork BBQ, which I heard was a favorite for many, lived up to its reputation with a unique Luna Nitro Coffee Stout barbecue sauce that was simply out of this world. Pairing it with their Peanut Butter Porter was a decision I didn't regret, rounding out a meal that was both satisfying and memorable.
