Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Asiana Korean Cuisine Restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The restaurant boasts a wide variety of dishes, and I decided to try the short rib and crispy beef tongue, both of which were excellently prepared with great fat distribution. Although I heard mixed reviews about the wagyu, I found the bulgogi to be absolutely delicious and well worth a try.
The ambiance of Asiana is welcoming, with ample space including a front area and an additional back section if needed. Despite a large party arriving shortly after me, the service remained quick and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. The staff was attentive and the portions generous, making it a great value for anyone looking for a hearty meal.
While some may find certain dishes like the duck and pork belly less impressive, the noodle dishes caught my eye and are something I plan to try on my next visit. Despite a few critiques about cleanliness, the restaurant's fantastic service and the quality of most dishes make it a new favorite spot for me in Racine. It's definitely a hidden gem worth exploring for any food lover.
