TAMPA, Fla. ( WFLA ) – A man and woman who had won a jackpot at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa, Florida, were shot and robbed after two men followed them home, according to court records.

The couple was at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Aug. 2 when they won a large prize from a slot machine, according to a motion for pre-trial detention. The pair was allegedly followed to a Riverview, Florida, home by two men, later identified as Marcus Jenkins, 34, and Tristin Wright, 36.

As the two got to the home, Jenkins was allegedly seen on doorbell camera footage shooting at them. The woman was hit in the calf, while the man was hit in his right thigh and left knee.

Deputies reviewed surveillance footage from the casino, which showed Jenkins on his phone while following the couple to the parking lot, according to court records. Jenkins was allegedly seen getting into a Hyundai Sonata, which then followed the couple to the Riverview home.
