    Robbins Avenue in Niles to close

    NILES, Ohio (WKBN)- Robbins Avenue in Niles will be closed for several hours on Thursday.

    The closure will be from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. between Bentley and Fulton Streets.

    This is for a water transmission valve replacement project.

    A detour will be posted, but drivers should expect delays in that area.
