Police posted to Facebook officers were on the scene of “a domestic situation” just after 10 p.m. on West Baddour at Fairview Avenue.

“All affected residents in the area have been contacted and sheltered for safety,” the post read, in part. “The Bypass will be closed between North Cumberland and Fairview Avenue for additional safety measures.”

Lebanon police later reported that Daniel Harris was taken into custody without incident. Harris had barricaded himself inside a residence and faces multiple criminal charges, including domestic assault and aggravated burglary.
