4 in custody after Lubbock police chase ends with crash into middle school fence
The Lubbock Police Department said a 17-year-old and three juveniles were in custody in connection with an early Sunday morning pursuit that ended with a crash near 32nd Street and Avenue Q.
Suspect in custody, charged in deadly shooting of 16-year-old
LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Lubbock police now have a suspect in custody after a shooting that left 16-year-old Rudy Romo Ramirez dead. Police responded to a shots fired call in the 2500 block of Cornell Street at 12:44 a.m. on Monday, July 1 where they found Rono-Ramirez with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
