July 16, 1943 – July 14, 2024 - Jose Carmen Ovalle passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at the age of 80. Resided in Woodburn, Oregon for 61 years.

He was happily married for 61 years to Francisca Cantù Ovalle.

Jose is survived by his wife Francisca Cantù Ovalle with his 4 children Hilda Garcia, Tilda Flores, Alejandro Ovalle, Francisca Martinez, 14 grandchildren, and 20 great grandkids.

He was born in Mexico on July 16, 1943 to Romualdo & Rosa Ovalle. Jose was a devoted husband, father grandfather, and great-great grandfather and enjoyed working on the family farm. He was always working hard, loved creating architectural projects and building things from scratch. He was also a problem-solver who often took on difficult and unwanted projects at work and around the house.

He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.
