Kentucky lake remains stable, with levels at 358.7ft at NewJohnsonville, with an average of 15,000cfs when generating. the Cumberland river at Dover is at 58ft, and at 29ft at Clarksville. Cheatham dam has been releasing between 7,000-13,000cfs when generating electricity. TVA will begin the annual draw-down the week after the 4th of July, so expect the lakes to drop next week, usually less than a foot, with the lakes reaching winter pool in late fall. The water temps have approached the 90 degree mark, which is a little earlier than normal, and expect to see some water quality issues in the lower levels of the lakes. The weather man has predicted some rainfall this upcoming week, hopefully we will have some increased flows in both lakes to help with the Oxygen levels.
