CLARKSVILLE, TN – Team Tennessee took 27 of their best female high school wrestlers to USA Wrestling’s National Freestyle Championships in Fargo, North Dakota July 13-14, also called the 2024 U.S. Marine Corps Junior and 16U Nationals. Police have released the name of a Hopkinsville man who was flown to a Nashville hospital after a wreck on South Main Street in Hopkinsville Monday morning. Hopkinsville Police say a bicycle driven by 58-year-old Dean Latour was northbound riding in the road when he was struck by a southbound SUV driven by 19-year-old McKenzi Travis of Hopkinsville.

A Hopkinsville woman was charged with possession of drugs after she was found unresponsive in a parking lot on East 6th Street in Hopkinsville Friday night. Hopkinsville Police say they found 43-year-old Kesha Oliver unresponsive in a parking lot and as she was being transported to the hospital she exited the ambulance damaging a blood pressure cuff.

HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – A home was severely damaged after a fire on the 600 block of Evergreen Park Drive in Hopkinsville early Sunday morning. Firefighters from three stations arrived within minutes to find fire coming from the back of the home around 2:45 a.m. Sunday, according to Hopkinsville Fire Department.
