Information and some health screenings offered at health fair June 22

The Wayne County Health Department is hosting its first Community Health Fair 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, June 22, at 244 W. South St., Wooster.

Several healthcare, social service and mental health organizations will be on hand to answer questions. Some health screenings will be offered. Light refreshments will be provided.

“We are excited to be to be hosting a health fair of this nature for the community for the first time. We are hopeful this will become an annual event, said Dr. Nick Cascarelli, Wayne County Health commissioner, in a news release. "It is an excellent and convenient opportunity for the residents to learn more about the various services many of our healthcare, mental health and social service agencies in Wayne County offer.”
