SISSONVILLE, WV (WOWK) — New details have been released in the case of a man accused of shooting at another man in the Sissonville area then barricading himself in a mobile home.

Joshua Patterson, 37, is being charged with wanton endangerment involving a firearm .

It was said in court Wednesday that probable cause was found and the case would be going to the grand jury.

A neighbor testified that the shooting was a result of a disagreement over missing medical marijuana. He said Patterson shot his handgun three times, once in the air then twice in the neighbor’s direction, and threatened to burn the neighbor’s and his mother’s houses down.

Patterson’s request for a bond reduction was also denied, leaving him with a $25,000 cash only bond.
