    Fire destroys garage, car in Dormont

    At least one car was destroyed in an Allegheny County garage fire on Sunday afternoon.

    Allegheny County 911 dispatchers tell Channel 11 that firefighters were sent to a home on Latonia Avenue in Dormont around 2 p.m.

    A Channel 11 photographer on scene saw a collapsed garage and charred debris on top of a burned-out car.

    The Dormont Fire Department says the fire damage was limited to the garage, a few vehicles and the exteriors of two homes.

    The Allegheny County Fire Marshal was on scene investigating the cause of the fire. No one was hurt in the fire.
