Extreme temperatures are coming this weekend, and the City of Twentynine Palms will be opening up the city’ Senior Center as a cooling center for residents of all ages. The Twentynine Palms Senior Center will be operating as a cooling center on Friday (July 5), Saturday (July 6), and Sunday (July 7) from 12 noon to 5 p.m. each day. Water will be available, but there will be no food service.
