The trooper determined the Jeep was a rental vehicle being operated by Kareem Ali Ford, who provided an Ohio driver’s license.

State police said Ford admitted to carrying several pounds of cannabis in the vehicle and a subsequent search produced 11 pounds of it and $5,501 in cash- both of which were concealed in duffle bags and backpacks throughout the vehicle.
