River Downs Monroe Central Advances To District Final

ST.CLAIRSVILLE,OHIO (WTRF) – County rivals Monroe Central and River met for the fourth time this season Wednesday in St.Clairsville, this time in the District Semifinal. And for the third time this season the Lady Pilots came out on top , 52-37.

With the win River advances to District Championship Saturday against top seed Hiland.

Kelsey Harlan led River and all scorers with 21 points, she also had eight steals, seven assists and three rebounds.

Brylee McFrederick led the Seminoles with 12 points and Jacey English had 10 rebounds.
