Flood Warning for parts of Ohio and West Virginia

WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) – The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued an Areal Flood Warning For Belmont, Monroe, Noble, and Guernsey Counties. A flood warning is also issued in Marshall County

The flood warning will remain in effect until 11:30 AM Monday Morning.

An Areal Flood Warning is in effect because Local law enforcement reported numerous road closures due to small stream flooding resulting from heavy rain that fell overnight.

What for flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low lying areas that are prone to water build up. Road ways will become impassable in spots. Remember, “Turn Around Don’t Drown”.
