Wheeling Island Hotel- Casino closes again due to flooding

Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack will close today at 5 p.m. due to the threat of flooding from the Ohio River and will remain closed until further notice.

All promotions for today are cancelled. Look for updates on the Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack website, social media and email.

Wheeling is now expected to crest at 39.9′
