    Three Central Pennsylvania counties are among the top 100 hot real estate markets, according to data provided by Realtor.com.

    • Lancaster County currently ranks 72nd in the nation, with a hotness score of 91, according to July data.
    • Perry County ranks 79th, with a hotness score of 90.
    • Berks County ranks 95th, with a hotness score of 89.
    • Cumberland County ranks 173rd, with a hotness score of 84.
    • York County ranks 319th, with a hotness score of 75.
    • Adams County ranks 333rd, with a hotness score of 74.
    • Lebanon County ranks 628th, with a hotness score of 58.

    The median home in York County listed for $369,900 in July, down 0.9% from the previous month's $373,069, an analysis of data from Realtor.com shows.

    Compared to July 2023, the median home list price increased 11.3% from $332,245.
