ABILENE, Texas ( KTAB/KRBC ) – Three drivers accused of hitting a disabled pedestrian who was killed in Abilene in February have been indicted.

Thursday, a Taylor County Grand Jury indicted John Daniel Gonzales for Accident Involving Death and Robby Wayne Hale and Luis Martinez for Collision Involving Death. All charges are connected to the death of Donan Myron Justice, 59.

Justice was traveling in the intersection of the highway near the entrance to Walmart when he was struck by three vehicles just before 6:00 a.m. February 29. All three drivers fled the scene without rendering aid.

Witnesses attempted to save Justice, but he was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

No further information is available at this time.

Martinez’ mugshot is currently unavailable because he was not arrested in Taylor County.
