"Frost Advisory issued April 22 at 7:25PM EDT until April 23 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS Blacksburg VA

* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 35 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...In North Carolina, Caswell County. In Virginia, Pittsylvania County.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
