KENNEWICK, Wash. – The Professional Bull Riders are set to come to the Toyota Center for the Challenger Series' PBR Kennewick on September 6 and 7, 2024.

This is the fourth time the Professional Bull Riders have been to Kennewick, in a competition where some of the best bull riders in the world will go against the highest ranking bulls.

The competition includes 35 bull riders who will each ride once in Round 1 on Friday and once in Round 2 on Saturday. Their individual two-round scores will be added together and the top 10 riders will advance to the championship round.

In the past, PBR has had three events inside Toyota Center, the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour in 2021 and two-day Challenger events in 2022 and 2023.

Pasco has also held similar events in the past. The developmental Touring Pro Division was held in 2009 and 2010.

Yakima hosted the PBR Touring Pro Division from 2006 to 2014 and the PBR Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour series from 2015 to 2017.

Walla Walla proudly backs the World Championship-contending bull rider Derek Kolbaba. He qualified for the PBR World Finals eight times, finishing runner-up to the PBR World Championship in 2017.
