One of Kentucky's most prioritized targets in the class of 2025 has scheduled an official visit to Lexington. According to HS Top Recruits , 2025 top 20 forward Tounde Yessoufou has scheduled a visit to Kentucky for Big Blue Madness in October. KSR's Jacob Polacheck later confirmed that the visit will be an official one.

The visit to Kentucky will be the last visit on the list, and now we've got a confirmed timeline as to when that will be. Although a date hasn't been set for Big Blue Madness, it is usually held in the middle of October, a week or two before the team's first exhibition game. Kentucky now adds to the visitor list for the event, with 2025 recruits Kaden Magwood and Tounde Yessoufou the confirmed visitors so far. Yessoufou has been made a priority for Mark Pope and the Kentucky staff. He recently named his top 10 schools, and Kentucky was on it, of course. His list includes Kentucky, Arizona, Arizona State, Baylor, Kansas, Tennessee, UCLA, UConn, USC, and Washington.

The talking between the two sides has been going since May, and there has been clear mutual interest from both sides since then. Kentucky has worked hard to make up a lot of ground in Yessoufou's recruitment. He recently discussed the interest in an interview with On3's Jamie Shaw . "My relationship has been really good with Kentucky," Yessoufou said. "Mark Pope, every time he comes to my practice, he is a funny guy. He tells me to keep going and to play hard. His energy is unique, he is the type of coach that can push you hard to develop yourself both on and off the court. His message to me is that he wants me to play for him because I am a great person and how hard I play. He says he enjoys watching me play every time. He always gives me advice to stay mentally strong out there, even if things don’t go my way, to stick to the plan and move on to the next play. It really matters to me that a coach can tell me what I need to hear, the truth."

You can add Yessoufou to the list of visitors for Big Blue Madness that will definitely keep growing over the next month. The 6-5 forward is a big one.
