Las Vegas Raiders DB Jack Jones Says Madden 25 Rating Is 'Crazy'

With the NFL regular season nearing it's beginning in a couple of weeks, that means one thing for gamers: Madden 25 is nearing its release.

Some who pre-ordered the MVP bundle on the game were able to start playing it earlier this week, but the game will officially release on August 16th.

While there's a lot of excitement surrounding the release of the league's perennial football video game, one Las Vegas Raiders ' player was not happy with how the game decided to rate him:

The Raiders' electric cornerback, Jack Jones, was given a 74 overall rating. He summed his thoughts up regarding that pretty concisely:

"Oh my goodness... They crazy, I don't even got nothing to say to them, they crazy... 74? ... How many interceptions I've got? Four? That's the record for the most (defensive) touchdowns in 20 games, or 22 games. Let's start there... Second of all, how many interceptions I got, what, I think four? Three of them for six?"

Jones has been an excellent addition to the Raiders' defense ever since they picked him up off waivers last November. He was a key part of that unit's excellent run to end the 2023 season, and their finish as one of the best statistical defenses in the league.

The defensive touchdowns Jones mentions had a lot to do with that. He dazzled against the Los Angeles Chargers last year with a one handed pick-six on a screen pass, and even took one to the house against Patrick Mahomes in the Raiders' Christmas day win over the Kansas City Chiefs .

One thing's for sure: If Jones keeps playing at the stellar pace he's on , that rating should go up in no time.
