Kentucky is preparing for their first game of the season on Saturday, taking on Southern Miss. Yesterday, head coach Will Hall spoke about what he has seen from film when getting ready for the Wildcats. One of the thing that stands out is the size and length of the team, but there is one player that he definitely has his eyes on.

Kentucky speedy wide receiver and kickoff returner Barion Brown was the first player he singled out when talking about the Wildcats, and Hall had some very high praise for him. "He's the best I've ever coached against," Hall said, talking about Brown as a kickoff returner. "I've coached against Tyreek Hill. He's really, really dynamic." Hall complimented the Wildcats as well on the team as a whole. "Good football team. Everything you read, they think it's the best roster they've ever had there. Tremendous opponent, at their venue, and our guys are ready for it."

Brown is looking to build on his impressive status he has had since his Freshman season at Kentucky. For preseason honors, the speedy wide receiver has been named a First Team All-American by Sporting News as a return specialist, Second Team All-American by Athlon Sports, Phil Steele, and USA Today, also as a return specialist, and well as Fourth Team All-American by Athon Sports as a wide receiver. Brown is certainly dynamic, and that's what makes him so dangerous at all times as a player.

Southern Miss will look to keep Brown under control on Saturday. He's certainly a big part of their defense's scouting report.
