The New York Knicks made a blockbuster trade when they acquired OG Anunoby from the Toronto Raptors, and RJ Barrett was a big part of the deal.

In an interview conducted during the Knicks' playoff series against the Indiana Pacers, the Raptors forward talked about his time in New York and what he misses most about playing with the Knicks.

"There are a few things I miss, sure," Barrett said. "Mostly, I miss my boys over there, the relationships you build over time. And the fans. That pressure was really special. But there’s a different kind of pressure coming back to Toronto — coming back home — that I feel blessed to have."

The Knicks drafted Barrett with the third overall pick in 2019, and while his time with the Knicks wasn't as long as they would have hoped, he was solid when he was with them.

He averaged 18 points, five rebounds, and just under three assists per game in his six seasons with the team. His shooting numbers left a bit to be desired in the first few years, but he has steadily improve over the last few seasons.

Barrett will be missed by his Knicks' teammates, but this next season, he will be looking to help his hometown Raptors improve from last season.
