The No. 3 Texas Longhorns outclassed the No. 10 Michigan Wolverines on Saturday. The overwhelming talent disparity between the teams became evident early.

Texas' speed in particular jumped off the screen as the Longhorns coasted past the Wolverines defense. One analyst took note of what the 'Horns had going for them in the impressive win.

Robert Griffin III took to social media to share his assessment of Texas' start to the 2024 college football season. In seven words, Griffin described what Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian has built in Austin.

    "Five-star players. And five-star culture."

Texas hasn't always had what many would deem to be a five-star culture. Yet after making the College Football Playoff in 2023 and earning a convincing road win over No. 10 Michigan, the team appears to have built a winning culture.

The talent had always been there for Texas. The Longhorns' culture has allowed the talent to be maximized on the field.

Texas' 31-12 win was the Longhorns' largest margin of victory on the road over a Top 10 team since 1979. The win was an impressive statement for the team in its first significant matchup of the year.

While the Wolverines certainly aren't the same team they were a season ago after losing 10 offensive starters, the Longhorns' looked like one of college football's top contenders on Saturday.

The culture has changed in Austin. The Longhorns will look to stay undefeated for the year in a game against the UTSA Roadrunners on Sept. 14.
