"Summer National Empty the Shelters" to reduce adoption fees
GREEN COUNTY & ROCK COUNTY, Wis. -- Bissell Pet Foundation announced Wednesday it is hosting its "Summer National Empty the Shelters" event at the Green County Humane Society and the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin.

El Sabor de Puebla getting 2nd location
Mexican restaurant El Sabor de Puebla is opening a second location in a large north side space formerly home to Benvenuto’s Italian Grill, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. The 7,600-square-foot spot located at 1849 Northport Drive will undergo a few aesthetic updates before opening but does not require renovations and could open by the end of July.
