Lake Lure Inn, historic 'Dirty Dancing' location, sells for $11 million
LAKE LURE, N.C. (WLOS) — The Lake Lure Inn, a historic landmark built nearly 100 years ago in 1927, has sold for over $11 million. The inn was sold to an Atlanta-based boutique hotel investment group named Ridgeline Acquisitions LLC. The iconic 72-room hotel will remain open during any future renovations.
