Another Buffalo Bills training camp practice, another day of rave reviews about rookie second round wide receiver Keon Coleman. The kid just keeps impressing.

This time, it was yet another highlight reel worthy leaping catch in the back of the end zone from Josh Allen where Coleman put a defensive back on a poster.

Keon Coleman continues ascension to WR1 status during training camp

Here you go, Bills Mafia: your daily Coleman highlight.

Coleman has been rock solid all throughout camp , having as good a training camp as Bills Mafia could have ever hoped for. More than that, Coleman continues to show an athleticism and highpoint ability that will lead to year one contributions.

On the above play, Allen rolled out, and with how high he threw the ball, it looked as though he was throwing it away out the back of the end zone.

He wasn't. He points Coleman to turn inside, which Coleman does, and Allen put it right where he knew his 6'3" rookie was going to be able to go and get it, snagging it over Christian Benford.

Allen said earlier in training camp that he "can't throw it high enough," and that adjusting to the height and leaping ability of not only Coleman, but also of Mack Hollins (6'4") and Tyrell Shavers (6'4"), was going to be something he would be focusing on as practices continued. By the looks of it, it seems like the star quarterback is figuring out exactly how to dial it in.

Coleman already looks like the team's WR1

It's not even the second week of August, but Coleman continues to establish himself as the No. 1 wide receiver on the Bills roster for Allen.

I've been preaching to temper expectations for Coleman as a rookie. head coach Sean McDermott reiterated in media availability before today's practice that they aren't looking for anyone to replace Stefon Diggs' production, and that it wouldn't be fair to expect anyone to. I believe him. They want their wide receivers to be themselves, and especially for Coleman, to allow him to grow.

But I'll be honest – with every passing day of Bills training camp, it's getting harder and harder not to see Coleman being an instant impact in this offense. The chemistry with Allen is building, and Coleman continues to make leaping highlight catches over the best defensive backs that the Bills have to offer.

We know that Buffalo is going to spread it around, utilizing veteran wide receiver Curtis Samuel in a variety of ways , targeting breakout tight end candidate Dalton Kincaid , and getting late-season riser Khalil Shakir involved all over the formation as well. But to have a 6'3" boundary wide receiver with elite athleticism and excellent hands on the outside is very, very exciting for Bills fans.
