SOAP LAKE - A sewage spill near Soap Lake's West Beach happened on Saturday, according to the city's mayor. Sheriff's Deputies Capture Suspect After Intense Manhunt Near Moses Lake
MOSES LAKE - A 24-hour manhunt came to an end today as Sheriff's Deputies apprehended a man who had evaded capture since Monday morning. The suspect was located by a property owner around 11 a.m. hiding in a shop in the zero block of Road R-SE near Moses Lake, just south of Baseline in the southeast quadrant of the county, approximately 18 miles east of Division. According to the property owner, it appeared the man had been hiding there throughout the night.
