Elijah Drinkwitz and the Missouri Tigers have the 18th ranked recruiting class and sit at 1 2 commitments . They could be close to adding a few more pieces on the offensive side of the ball.

Kirby Moore is a young and innovative offensive coordinator in Columbia and he was key in Missouri landing elite quarterback Matt Zollers this cycle. Zollers picked Missouri over Georgia, Penn State and others back in the spring.

Like any top quarterback, Zollers wants playmakers around him to get the ball to. Missouri picked up a commitment from Jamarion Morrow on June 14. The one receiver committed to the Tigers is Shaun Terry . He committed on June 20.

Two more targets are the receiver position are set to announce their decisions this week. Cocoa (Fla.) four-star Jayvan Boggs will commit on July 4 and UCF is the biggest competition for Missouri.

A day later, on July 5, four-star Donovan Olugbode at IMG Academy will announce his decision between Florida, Missouri, Oregon, USC and Washington. Washington looks to be Missouri’s biggest competition.

Heading into these decisions, Missouri is trending for both Boggs and Olugbode. Boggs was at one time committed to Ohio State and both are known for their ball skills and their ability to make plays with the ball in their hands.
