    Creston Police Report Two Arrests

    (Creston) Creston Police report two arrests. One arrest involved a failure to appear warrant, and the other a drug-related charge.

    Police on Friday arrested 40-year-old Arturo Marin of Creston at 302 N. Pine Street/Law Enforcement Center on a Union County Warrant for Failure to Appear for Driving with a Revoked License. Marin was transported to the Union County Jail. Authorities released Marnin after he posted the $1,000 cash bond.

    Police on Friday arrested 30-year-old Michael Steven Cox of Lorimor at 1542 Cherry Street Road for driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers transported Cox to the Union County Jail and held him on a $2,300 bond.
