Water main break closes part of North St. in Rochester

City officials closed several roads in northeast Rochester following a water main break Tuesday night, according to Rochester police.

The water main was shut off and nearby residents were notified of the issue, said Capt. Adam Radens of the Rochester Police Department. Authorities have closed all lanes on North Street, between Ernst and Agnes streets.

Cleon Street and Skylane Drive, both at North Street, were also closed due to the water main break. No emergency or thru traffic may pass on the damaged road, Radens said.
