25 Fairfield powerlifters advance to Regionals

Twenty-five Fairfield powerlifters are advancing to the Regional Powerlifting Meet.

There are 11 Lady Eagles and 14 Eagles that will get to compete at Regionals.

“I’m extremely proud of our girls and boys teams for the numbers we have competing at Regionals,” Coach Kevin Childers said. “Our goal will be to advance as many to the State Powerlifting Meet as possible.”

The Girls Regional Meet will be held this Saturday, March 2, in Commerce.

The State Meet will be held Saturday, March 9, in West.

Advancing for the Lady Eagles are Auren Adams, Riley Stone, Emma Jo Smith, Taylor Stone, McKenzie Allen, Lindsey Cockerell, Braela Habbit, Bre Willis, Rayanne Rosisky, Callie Morgan, and Destiny Dowell.

The Boys Regional Meet will be held Thursday, March 14, in Frisco. The State Meet will be held Saturday, March 23, in Abilene.

Advancing for the Eagles are Jose Guitterez, Colton Harvell, Gage Wendt, Eli Castillo, Austin Solis, Armando Charles, Dio Azura, Colin Glass, Darion Weatherall, Landon Salinas, Jonathon Allen, Braydon Thornburg, River Bonds, and Brady Williams.
