Man accused of shooting neighbor at Bronston apartment complex

BRONSTON, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — A 50-year-old man is in custody after his neighbor was found dead outside his apartment.

According to Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones, it happened on Sunday at an apartment complex on the 1700 block of Highway 90.

The sheriff’s office received a report that a man had been shot at the apartments, and when deputies arrived, they found the body of Myron Flanagan near his apartment. According to a news release, Kevin Jasgarszewski was attempting to flee the scene in his vehicle at the time.

As the investigation continued, Jasgarszewski, who is also a resident at the apartments, was arrested and charged with murder and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

He was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center without bond. Jasgarszewski is set to be arraigned on Monday.
