Silver Alert issued for missing 26-year-old from Avon

AVON, Ind. — A statewide Silver Alert has been issued as law enforcement search for an Avon man who was last seen early Thursday morning.

According to a news release, the Hendricks County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help regarding the whereabouts of 26-year-old Andrew Adams. Adams was last seen around 3:56 a.m. on Thursday in Avon.

The release describes Adams as being around 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing around 400 pounds and having black hair with brown eyes.

Officials said that Adams is believed to be in “extreme danger and may require medical assistance.”

If individuals know anything regarding the location of Adams, they are asked to call the Hendricks County Sheriff’s Office at (317) 839-8700 or call 911.
