GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WILX) - Michigan State Police are looking for a man accused of multiple crimes against children, alongside several other crimes. Stephen “Steve” Philip Foster, 55, has warrants for child sexually abusive activity, possession and distribution or promotion as a sex offender, failure to comply with a registration act on a previous conviction of criminal sexual conduct in the 2nd degree against a person under 13, firearms in possession by a felon, and controlled substance by maintaining a drug house.
