    Henderson man sentenced to prison for domestic charge convictions

    POINT PLEASANT, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Henderson man was sentenced to prison on Monday following multiple convictions with regard to crimes which were domestic in nature.

    The Mason County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office reports that, on Monday, July 29, 2024, 37-year-old Justin Edinger of Henderson – Mason County was sentenced in Mason County Circuit Court for convictions of charges including domestic assault, domestic battery, and assault.

    Edinger will serve two years in prison following the sentencing, with the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office offering the following remarks with regard to the character of the Defendant: “despite his pleasant demeanor, Edinger is anything but.”

    Prosecutor Gaskins of the MCPAO extended his gratitude to members of the Point Pleasant Police Department and West Virginia State Police for their efforts in helping to bring the Defendant to justice before the court of law.
