    1 9’’ frozen pie shell

    · 1 lb. ground beef

    · 1 10 oz. can rotell

    · 1 cup canned black beans (rinsed)

    · 1 cup canned corn (drained)

    · 1 cup sour cream

    · 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    · 1 medium tomato sliced

    · 1-2 tsp of cumin

    1. Preheat oven to 425*.

    2. In a skillet brown the ground beef.
