HS Athlete of the Week: Easton Friesen

SPRINGFIELD–This week’s Athlete of the Week is Easton Friesen.

Friesen, is a junior on the Glendale High School baseball team.

Friesen’s played all three years for the Falcons, but this spring, has been one of the team’s go-to pitchers.

Last month, Friesen shutdown the number three ranked team in Class 6, Rock Bridge. He threw a complete game, two-hitter, striking out a dozen batters.

In the first round of the Class 6 district tournament, Friesen pitched a complete game, one-hitter against Joplin. Striking out seven and walking just two, as Glendale went on to win the Class 6 District championship.
